Excellent – The unit is very easy to use and gives very clear turn by turn instructions in a voice that is easily understood. The maps in my unit are very up to date and I have yet to enter an address that the unit could not find. Beautiful clear screen. When entering addresses the buttons on the screen make data input very easy. The voice instructions are very clear and precise. Plenty of time is given before the turns or other instructions must be acted on. The battery lasts a long time in handheld mode. The maps are vey comprehensive. It takes several hours to recharge the unit when the battery is completely flat.

Bad – simple to operate, nice size ,should be a best seller but won' be because they are not upgrading the maps. simple to operate and understand. Really didn't need to read instructions battery life is not good, flat vertually o/nite. Luckily plugs into car power supply. Have just been in contact with LG and the maps are not being upgraded. 2007 is the latest and they are deserting the gps market. THIS APPLIES TO THE 500 & 800 models as well.. be warned

OK – the product is good but lg could back it up a bit more yes i could recomend it as a good product for its price but most could do better looking other brands Large screen easy to see easy to use value for money. Lg fail to tell you where how or when map upgrades come out. Only one voice hell who wants the wife telling you where to go. could do with a few more set up options
