Bad Experience, not recommended!!! – Internal Unit failed from brand new, noisy rattle from first start up and commissioning by qualified installer. When asked for a replacement (internal) unit, Buy-Rite (Nambour, QLD) would not help and pushed ahead with a replacement Fan motor and said we had to take it up with LG direct if we wanted a replacement unit LG help line was not so "helpful" and told us it was Buy-Rite's responsibility (Don't ever expect LG to return calls when they promise to).

Tired of ringing LG for 2 weeks before being told there was nothing they would do....

Guess who's left holding the now "secondhand" Air Conditioner.

Would not advise anyone to purchase through Buy-Rite Nambour or purchase an LG Air Conditioner.

There are many other options out there that will give better service. External system seems to work OK. Brand new but now "repaired" unit with no compensation.

Good – Not sure why an air con Tech ??? would say the covers are hard to get off. I have had no problems and find LG aircons pretty straightforward to diagnose, strip and fix. ( A/ C tech for 16years and yes, i am an LG Agent) Generally a very efficient and reliable product None to mention
