brilliant for a bungalo – Paid $520, window mounted in 5x8 bungalo with limited insulation. so far holds 22-23C with outside temp at 33C, will be interesting to see a 40C day, however, i feel it will be up to the job no worries. Easy to install (window) for most people
update : june 2014, no issues at all with this unit. has worked tirelessly through 40 Degree plus days here in central Victoria.
update : september 2016, still working fine. lets hope it goes another aussie summer as my lil house gets hot.
Another update...its 25th feb 2022... its still working and cooling this little house i abode in. Not wanting to put a bad omen on myself, lets get another few years out of it. Installed in november 2011.
