Noisy, absolute shocker of a washer! – We have had our machine for 7 years, so it has lasted, I do about a wash a day. Since purchasing it, it has jumped around the laundry and sounded like a jet plane taking off in the house when on its spin cycle. It doesn't drain well and quite often the towels end up with a dirty marks on them. I do not think it cleans well and need to often wash the whites twice. Although contacting the company, I have not felt that they were at all willing to assist in these problems. Turned it over and the struts have completed ripped out off the metal bottom frame of the washer. I wouldn't recommend this machine. I will definitely be going back to a top loader as these have never given me so much trouble before. It fits under the bench Noise, jumpy, marking clothes not cleaning them. Draining issues. Structural fault

Great to hear; thanks for the feedback. Team LG
Still going strong 7 years later! – I have owned this washing machine since November 2005 and have never, ever had a problem with it. I mostly use the Quick 30 wash cycle with cold water and find that this is more than adequate for our needs. I find this machine is simple to operate, does a good job and I would recommend it to anyone (although I'm sure there are updated models for sale now!) Reasonable price, works well every time, never had any problems with it.
