Don't bother – Lemon like my dishwasher. Computer error left the machine as a very expensive eyesore in the shed Have never been able to justify getting it fixed. Couldn't be bothered really. Got my dishwasher fixed and that lasted a month so don't want history to repeat itself. Lg does not make life good. It was a good water saving washer for the short… Read more

time it worked Broke down out if warranty. CE error. New computer needed. Least 500 for the par. $1600 wasted

Brilliant and reliable washing machine – I've had my WD-1460FHD for 11 years and it has worked tirelessly and reliably averaging two loads a day and sometimes washing up to 5 loads. In the last year I have had to replace the pump, the sensor on the door has always been a bit sensitive but the machine still continued to work if I gave the door a tap. Given that this machine has been a… Read more ·  1

work horse these types of repairs are expected. Thanks LG for making a superior washing machine. I will definitely be looking at the next generation LG when this machine needs replacing. energy and water efficient, and very reliable

Terrible – Very poor customer service from LG. Lady on the phone was very rude. I hope that the business goes broke and that everyone there loses their jobs. Burn LG, burn. Washed clothes well and they came out almost dry. Bearings have packed it in in less than 6 years. Unit cost almost $1500. Poor value for money.

Terrible – A great concept however quality and after sales service is not existent. It never worked properly. Always stalled in error and made my clothes smell like the bottom of a swamp. There aren't any pros. I thought I was getting a multi task machine to wash and dry. What I got was alot of extra work. The machine stops on error all the time. It has… Read more

a lint filter which you would expect as a plus but it doesn't collect any fluff or lint. All the fluff and lint get caught in the drum (under and around the rubber at the door) and get transferred from one load to the next. I have had the machine 5 years now and it is getting worse with every load as it just keeps collecting fluff. It stinks - I am guessing the fluff holds the water and it goes rancid. It has to be unhealthy. I am now starting a family and can't afford to make my babay sick. I am going to dump it and buy a new one that wont transfer germs and lint ruining all my cloths. It has cost me a fortune - first to buy and then dry clean my clothes in an attempt to salvage them.

Terrible – Our machine stopped drying clothes, leaving them soaked. it's now been 5 months since contacting LG, we had had an agent out here to repair the machine 5 times. Still no solution. LG will not replace the unit, they want to continue fixing. NEVER EVER AGAIN purchasing an LG product washes well and dries Poor support from LG and Service Centers

Terrible – Wash cycle times are sooo damn long that you're lucky to get a couple of loads complete on a busy day. I spend more time stopped than moving in my car on the way to work, my clothes washer should not be the same!.. Between the washer, Air con and mobile all being LG, I'm finished with this brand. Lesson learnt. When it worked, it did a good wash… Read more

for the first four years. Soon to be land fill at amortised at $400 per year. Don't what ever you do, forget to load it fully before starting cycle. Once you've pressed start, to stop it and wait for door to release is a waste of four minutes just to put that missed sock in the wash.

Bad – First machine replaced under warranty with computer problem now 4 years later bearing gone and will cost $500 to replace so am getting a new machine. Not impressed with LG's durability I purchased an LG because features for the price was very good. It washed clothes well and had handy delay start feature. Filter was a bit fiddly to clean

Bad – Had it for just over 3 years, and now, out of warranty for a month, the seals and bearings have gone and will cost $500 to fix Make sure you get an extended warranty!!!!! My rating is so low cause I paid $1400 and expected far better service. Was ok while it worked Coins and small items left in pockets got through seals and stuck in drainage pump a number of times. Took too long to wash anything.
