Poor experience – Extremely poor choice. With in one year of purchase,it's control kit malfunctioned. No butten response.
Drier is useless and making it spin is impossible – For an expensive machine this has been a terrible Purchase, the drier is a joke but by far the worst problem With this unit is the spin cycle, it's so temperamental it drives me crazy. More often than not it won't spin, LG just had a myriad of excuses for it and were no help. Would NEVER buy another LG washer, have had 2 now and both were massive disappointments. Just don't waste your time, buy something German Show details
Fantastic washer/dryer combo – I've had this since 2007 and it's still going strong. Never had a problem with it, EVER. Use it multiple times per week and it's still performing how it did out of the box.
great performer – We,ve had this machine over 9 years, Its great , yes it has at times problems spinning, sometimes frustrating. Forget the dryer, it,s a joke. we,ve already bought 2 other dryers , the salesperson said "She had the same model" ha ha. Overall it works well. approx 5 washes per week, Very pleased overall, never skipped a beat PS we connected cold water only.
Don't bother – For a relatively expensive machine it did not perform as expected, noisy spin cycle and we didn't even bother with the dryer due to the length of time it took to dry a standard load. Fixed twice in the 2 years and has broken down again. I have noticed LG have discontinued this line of machine. Speaks for itself. Unreliable. Expensive to keep running
Worst Investment made – After 4 years of purchase - I have called in a technician twice. More recently, the technician has advised that I need a new washing machine because the drum needs replacing. I will never buy any LG products anymore. Especially once purchasing the more expensive line of washing machine for little return in based on its life. It washed clothes Lifetime too short, noisy spinning
Don't waste your money! – Worst purchase ive ever made.. thought it was a great idea to have a combo aio! lasted 13months and it started to smell like it was burning.. the dryer part of it blew up and it was out of warranty.. took forever like 4 hours to dry clothes from day 1.. and noisy on the spin cycle.. wish i never bought it! looks great! washed clothes well for the first 12 months noisy, poor quality,
Worst Product LG=Low Grade – Kept shredding clothing into small lint which would cover surviving clothing. Used once a week by single male but broke down countless times. Kept melting its motor, which in turn would blow the control board. Broke down again but is now out of warranty so out it goes with all the clothes it destroyed in its short life. energy efficient, quiet hard rubbish, unreliable, destroys clothes to bum status.
OK – I've had this machine for about 3 years. I did recently have to replace the pump as some items got sucked into the filter and broke the pump (possibly my fault though I was surprised that a washable breast pad could get into the filter! Will use wash bags from now on), but that's not bad considering the use it gets. I have 3 children, 2 in… Read more
reusable nappies, and it handles the workload fine.
I like that I can choose extra rinses etc for the nappies. Quick 30 works fine for clothes when I want a shorter cycle.
I do think it has put small holes in a few T-shirts, but I can't be 100% sure. Time delay feature, child lock feature, water efficiency, space-saving because it's a washer and dryer in one, easy to use, easy to customise cycle, handles heavy domestic use, high spin speed. Takes a long time to go through an entire wash/dry cycle, door seal gets dirty, quite noisy, sometimes puts small holes in knit fabrics.
