Worst product ever, horrible customer services – There is nothing that can be done to fix issues such as So called scrud, and lint, and resudiue, because these LG washing machines do not do their job. Ive been having problems such as these for over a year, warranty is about to expire so LG have for over a year- keept me busy trying to convince me that it is not a techinical issue- scrud etc. People do not buy this machine- it does not clean ruines your clothes, put in a white clean new clothes, itll come out dirty. try to contact LG they will blaim you, and warranty does not cover this. its a machine that is useless, and Lg will just make you feel like you dont know how to wash your clothes. buy this product buy that cleaning product every month. Rediculuous that a new machine- new cleaning products are recommenended by LG, which do not work and wastes your money, worst product ever, horrible customer service, pllus LG make it in their favour that, in the warranty unless there is something tecnical it is not convered, smart move LG. customers have to just keep their product even thought the machine does this. so what is it our fault that your machine has all these issues. warning.. to every else out theire anything buT lg

Love my machine – I've had my machine for 5 years and other than the scrud that you all refer to I've had no other problems with my machine. I have a large family and my machine cops a fair workout each week with everything from delicate ladies' clothes to mens filthy workclothes covered in workshop grime. It took me a while to remember to clean out the lint filters regularly and it annoys me when there's scrud on the sheets. But there's more important things in life to worry about. It's relatively quiet, it holds 10 towels, it takes 3 sets of sheets and with quilt covers. It's massive. It leaves scrud on sheets and it ties the clothes in knots. But I look at that as a game. Got to have some fun in the laundry.

Excellent – Good washing machine for a large family. Had mine for about 3 years, and had no problems at all. I would definatly buy the same washing mashine if time comes for replacement. As a large family of 10, this washing machine does at least 1-2 loads a day. I have used both powder & liquid and found both to comply. Lint catchers comes off during a load and break. Would be nice if there was a indicator to show when the soak hold is on.. for I press the button, but dont realy know if it is on. The wash boost holder don't seem to empty.. maybe I'm just using the wrong cycle?

Terrible – I wish I never bought this washer. It has all of the lint, detergent residue, creasing and tangling problems of a water saving machine WITHOUT THE WATER SAVING OPTION! And the power button gets stuck on occasionly. I also have to pay for a service agent becasue I am too far away from the service agent! Not very happy at all with this washer DETERGENT RESIDUE on all loads- Despite precautions taken, like less detergent, using liquid and pre- dissolving powder etc.

LINT ON ALL LOADS- Despite sorting loads properly and cleaning lint filter after every load

CRUSHED TANGLED LOADS- Despite using the rinse hold load (which only does a slower spin speed, not suitable for drip dry)

SCRUD ALL OVER EVERY LOAD- Despite being careful to not mix softener and detergent, and performing warm cycles often, and cleaning the washing machine with hot water only loads

WARM WASH AND WARM RINSE ONLY on the delicate cycle- the water is so warm it ruined the only delicate cycle I've ever done. Despite being told to change it to cold TWICE by the service company, this option CANNOT BE CHANGED as the washer won't allow it
