Despite several emails that I have sent to LineLink it is now the 19th February I have still have not heard a word from them despite their website stating "Responsive customer service" they obviously believe that if they don't respond people will stop complaining! product status was not listed on their site at the time of order).

Weeks of waiting turned into a month until they cancelled my order and said it's not coming in and I should expect a refund.

I receive nothing for weeks. They cut all correspondence so I file through PayPal. They provide the original tracking for the item they sent and tell PayPal it was all delivered, despite acknowledging it was not shipped in their email chain.

I've never been treated so poorly from a registered business before and you'd expect security from a local company paying with PayPal. Whether a processing error, or malicious scam I can not believe this has happened.

Thieves, take your money and constantly delaying delivery – Item paid for and not supplied after 5months,with no expected delivery correspondence and when contacted directly said they were forbidden to contact customers outside of Ebay.

I've escalated this to our logistics team to get it followed up for you during normal business hours. If we cannot locate it we'll get a replacement sent out for you." 5/12/22 Customer followed up "Any luck with this yet? It has been a month since ordering." 6/12/22 4:21AM Line Link responded "Thanks for your message, we'll get this followed up for you with the Logistics Team when we open today and the relevant carrier. It appears we’re awaiting a response back from Australia Post for you." 7/12/22 Customer followed up "No response yet and I am becoming extremely unimpressed with this total lack of service. Please either send a replacement today or refund my money today so I can buy another from providers who I know from my past experience deliver orders." 8/12/22 4:12AM Line Link responded "Unfortunately we are still awaiting a response back from Australia Post as to the location of your order. We’ve requested an urgent update from them for you so we can get this resolved either way. Of course, if it is confirmed as lost in transit we’ll be able to send a replacement for you." 8/12/22 8:38AM Customer contacted Australia Post by email and Australia Post phoned customer less than an hour later. Australia Post advised they had searched the tracking number and there was no enquiry or case on record of the sender contacting Australia Post regarding the missing item. Australia Post confirmed once again that the item was lost. 8/12/22 9:47AM Customer contacted Line Link and advised Line Link of the Australia Post response that the item was lost and there was no case recorded with Australia Post of Line Link contacting Australia Post regarding this items tracking number. Customer has offered Line Link an option to save themselves additional shipping costs by simply cancelling the order and refunding the customer in full for the initial purchase cost of the undelivered item. 9/12/2022 4:27 AM Line Link email “ Thanks for your email. So, just to confirm you wish to cancel the order and obtain a refund? I can assure you that there is a case open with Australia Post through the Business Portal (we use a different system to interact with Australia Post). We look forward to one reply email to avoid confusion, so we can act accordingly for you and resolve this. 9/12/22 5:29AM Customer confirms “Yes my preference is a full refund of $340.00 AUD. Australia Post have confirmed to me twice that the item is lost and have also confirmed there is no case opened by the sender for that tracking number.” 13/12/22 Customer gives up and lodges charge back request with credit card provider. 15/12/22 Credit card provider confirms chargeback investigation commenced. Line Link could have either sent a replacement as they promised, refunded the full amount and saved themselves cost of shipping replacement but they did nothing and now face the cost of a chargeback. They also did not get the next order from me for the $2500 worth of product I just purchased elsewhere from a provider I know is reliable and located in Australia. Do not use these guys I don't believe they are even located in Australia.

retract that statement I read through every single one and regret ever purchasing from this dealer worst decision.

The day I bought the device, I was thrilled!

Now is where it's starting to become a nightmare... It's 10 days since the merchant has replied to me their first comment was we have been off sick which I said was fine and I accepted that.

Next, I asked when my item would ship as any person would. They said Monday it's now Tuesday and I still have not received any update or tracking I have sent 18 emails to them I have called the number that comes up in their logo when I sent emails to the following address and each time it says they are busy or offline.

I am not sure what is going on nor do I understand but all I know is they keep making excuses saying it would ship Monday it's now Tuesday and they guaranteed it would ship tomorrow

Tomorrow is today as I write this and no response has been made by the consumer as of yet nor have I received tracking from Star Track.

If this goes with no reply by late this afternoon I will be sending this email to the ACCC, As this is now this afternoon I am sending this email to the ACCC as I haven't received the information required that a consumer is required to get once an item has been bought.

I hereby want to make an official complaint to the ACCC in regarding this company and want to know what you can do or what I can do.

In desperation I called Australia Post customer service and I was reliably informed that this item was never posted as what had happened was that due to this company having an account with Australia Post, that whenever this company wants to post something, that a tracking No is automatically generated , so that when the item is eventually sighted and posted, it retains that tracking number originally generated . Businesses like this are now exploiting this loophole to do dodgy stuff. Telling customers that their items have been posted whilst in actual fact it’s been not . I got official emails from Australia Post to this effect and to cut long story short, I contacted and notified PayPal about my predicament as I had paid for this product via PayPal . PayPal took time to investigate and when they were presented with evidence of correspondence of largely ignored emails from my end with this business, and emails from Australia Post management, they decided in my favour in refunding me my money . Mind you, PayPal told me that this business had told them that my product had been lost in transit ! My advice , buyer beware , take your business elsewhere. Avoid them at all cost . Always make your online payments through PayPal for peace of mind .

had marked it as 'sent' which rendered eBays buyers guarantee useless. After 2 months my bank, who were very helpful, reversed the transaction and got my money back. This company is clearly running a scam whereby they get your money, don't send the item but mark it as 'sent' then they stop replying to all your messages. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

months for a Garmin product. I am patient. They did initially respond but stopped responding after I asked for a refund. I even tried to contacted them through their website and no response either. Do you really want to give your business to such a crummy company?

I am glad ebay stepped in to resolve this. I went to another online company and had the product delivered within 2 days... and it was cheaper.

consignment tracking number according to an Aust Post investigation. They will reply to emails with your query but with empty promises of sending the item again or refunding you - this never happens. Shame on me for giving the benefit of the doubt. Thanks to PayPal, I finally got my $398 back. Pass this on to as many people as possible about this company.

And to this person who writes here on behalf of Linelink with the ID of "Deakin F.", please stop asking people to contact Linelink to solve their problem, they've definitely contacted Linelink several times with no response before they write a review here, and also stop using COVID as an excuse to rip off people. tracking numbers from them. I’ve looked their ABN up online ABN 80 602 506 048 and company was registered in 2008 so not sure what dodgy company name they traded under in the 1990s. Next step Fair Trading NSW, only so many automatic and useless emails I can bear on the subject. PS this is the first time I have ever bothered leaving a product review - that is how upset I am. I am also upset at all the platforms still currently listing products from Linelink, wake up!! The only reason I bought this $1400 product via My Deal is because I trusted the platform based on prior transactions.
