A girl can't have enough shoes – Find this store on line - for my daughter's 18th birthday cake topper. It was a stiletto shoe with her name and age. She loved it and I was so happy how it turned out. Delivery was swift!

which I'm happy to pay. The business took my money and promised the banner would arrive for my little girl. I didn't receive any update from them until I realised it had not arrived on Friday afternoon five days later. The staff have been extremely rude and unapologetic. I have never experienced anything like it. They even sent me a screen shot of Australia Post tracking saying they would use it with Consumer Affairs Victoria if I tried to pursue anything with them. I was astounded that a business would go to this length over $20. A simple phone call and apology would have been enough for me.

Excwptional service. Saved my event! – Ordered custom icing for my sons 21st birthday. I was offered amazing personalised service, helping with graphics, answering a million, email filled questions & delivered exactly what I needed within a ridiculously tight deadline. Fantastic company.

Great products & helpful staff – I placed an order on-line last week for a few different items that I needed urgently for my little boy's birthday party. I rang up the following day to see how long until I would receive my order. The girl I spoke to was really helpful and got my order out that day. refund on the pink cups and emailed back, Little Dance Invitations had sold out of the blue paper cups as well. Since I had paid consideration for the blue cups, one would assume that the business would've put the product aside for me, especially since they didn't have the other product I wanted. Something needs to be done regarding the online store and inventory management before I even consider using this site or recommending it to anyone else. On top of it all, no apology was offered. I would recommend to readers that do not waste their time trying to buy from the site. Simply visiting a store with similar products will save a lot of time. Invertations – I would like to say that little dance invertations are extremily proffeshional and helpful with helping me with my caricture invertation for my fifty th birthday, they gave me what I was asking for not only that there follow up was positive as well .I recomend them to anyone who wants sommithing unique. Bad customer service. International buyers be aware. Would not recommend – I emailed this company regarding freight costs to send 3 canvas wall arts to New Zealand. As I had no reply via email, I sent the same question to their facebook page. Still no reply through facebook. In total, I sent 3 ques. to their facebook page and 1 email to their email address. a simple ques, I decided to go ahead and order through their website as their website allowed international ordering. I put in my address details and clicked on air international and the freight calculated at $25.

Later I received an email saying that I needed to pay more in freight (an extra NZ$25 making it a total of $50 in freight!). I was not happy to pay $50 in freight as this was too expensive. Little Dance Invitations say they advise you of the correct freight amount prior to proceeding with your order. This should be done in the first instance ie. when someone emails/facebooks you this ques. Instead this has now cost me money to cancel this order due to conversion rates and I have not received any purchase! This information about Little Dance Invitations saying they will contact you about freight costs should also be put on the page before you click onto payment details.

The order should not be processed and then an email saying you owe more money for freight once the transaction has gone onto someone's visa as this is costing your customer! Little Dance Invitations reply to me about their non response about my ques on freight cost to NZ is only "that Facebook is a little funny at times and doesn't always notify us of posts or questions". There was no answer given why they ignored my emails about freight cost.

Obviously, Little Dance Invitations do not want to change their website on their 'checkout page' that says that their freight is based on total weight or dimensions and if it falls outside the limits allowed by this formula the postage calculation will revert to a default maximum or minimum, instead of the correct postage. Little Dance Invitations should remove their international freight costs calculator as it calculates the freight incorrectly and it ends up costing you the customer!

Little Dance Invitations cancelled my order and did not want to rectify their mistake by taking ownership and responsibility of their lack of communication and bad customer service!! International buyers be aware of this company!

with them there was a follow up with the same average phone service that i had been met with the first time, everything was too much effort, and no they didn't care what the product arrived like, to them it was fine.

It is disappointing and i hate leaving reviews like this, but i was left disappointed in a product that i had paid good money for, and when a business like this earns their reputation based on first impressions, i felt i needed to share this to express that my needs as a consumer were not met.
