Logitech Harmony Adapter for Playstation 3

Works great, but not cheap – The Logitech Harmony PS3 adapter is simple. It plugs into a power outlet and then you can use your Logitech Harmony remote to control your PS3. Previously I was using an infrared adapter that plugs into the usb port on the PS3. This works, but has the disadvantage that it can't turn the PS3 on. So... For $50, the PS3 remote adapter is a lot of money for just that functionality, but it is SOO much nicer to just select the PS3 on your remote and have it turn on just like all the other devices do.

It looks like I've also gained the ability to press the PS button, and switching back to another device also turns off the PS3. Previously I had to go through the menus manually to turn the system off. Finally turns the PS3 on and off! Expensive

Good – It saves lost of confusion and space in this household. It also makes it possible to put the remote out of harms way when the grandchildren come to stay I hate having numerous remotes I never know which goes with which so to have one that does all my gadgets excellent
