This is the worst mobile provider I've ever experienced. Don't USE THEM Firstly it took 3 days to port my number from Kogan but they disconnected Kogan day 1. Had a month prepaid ,with Lycramobile and was charge auto pay even when i turned off auto pay, after do.\nIng some research , I found that it is a common practise with this company , and they have been fined multiple times from accc, other foreign government agencies. With the files have attached, here is a guideline on how to proceed in getting your money back. They go by people who don't make complaints. Their money stays in their pocket.

During this call, your customer service agent clearly explained that since I had already started using the current month’s data, that portion would not be refundable. However, I was explicitly told that the remaining 11 months would be refunded in the amount of $137.50. I also specifically asked whether my current month’s 30GB would remain active, and I was assured that it would. I was further informed that the refund would be processed within one week. The reference number for this conversation is 111625533, which you can review for verification.
However, yesterday I received an SMS stating that only $12.50 is being processed as a refund, which is completely inconsistent with what was agreed. Upon checking my account, I discovered that my entire service—including the current month’s data—has been fully terminated. I now have no active plan, and I am being charged for every call and any data usage.
I contacted your customer service again, but no assistance was provided, and I was simply instructed to send this email.
I received my partial refund about $117 later on and requested them the remaining amount of refund but its been couple of weeks that I havent received any answer yet. Fully disappointed of this service, and they are promoting to encourage people join them with $30 reward meanwhile they cant keep their own customers.

briefly going back and forth with their support team to troubleshoot and getting nowhere, I decided it wasn't worth it and simply requested a refund...
What followed was a series of slow, drawn-out emails with a mandatory 5–7 day response time on their end?! — even if I replied back within 10 MINUTES of receiving their email!!
The icing on top? The refund I received was LESS than what I was entitled to due to THEIR OWN delays emailing me back to confirm this refund...
But at least they make up for it by profusely apologising for the "inconvenience caused"... No joke, the 5th time they said this, I REALLY started believing they were sorry! Absolutely bonkers.
I would've called them, probably would've made this refund quicker. But getting through on the phone means sitting on hold for over an hour before you get to speak to someone...
MATE, personally I've got better things to do than sit there praying someone out of Aussie even picks up the phone.
I'd actually give them 2 stars, because their plans are genuinely competitive on paper and the service does occasionally work...
BUT your experience will be severely compromised by poor network coverage and even worse customer support.

Agree with what most customers have mentioned in relation to poor customer service. So I won't share about this issue more than what others have shared. What I'd like to share in addition to is their data security. My brother signed up with Lyca 365-day plan. The first 3 months was fine with no issues, until he experienced number porting frauds… Read more
2x within a week after. A scammer was able to port his number without Lyca knowing about this from their system. How did my brother find out? His service was disconnected (SOS) with no notifications and the scammer was able to gain his mobile number for OTPs and 2FAs. He waited for good 30 mins to finally get his phone answered. Long story short, he shared his number porting fraud incident and the agent on the other end was not able to trace anything at all in their system, logs, timestamps, requests etc.
He pulled the plug and changed to a different mobile provider. That was his best decision ever made and he has been able to sleep more peacefully every night. The number porting fraud traumatised him that he had to constantly check his mobile reception every hour.
