services delivery network, that company called mail plus to let them know and enquire how mail plus could recover the article so they can deliver to their article to their customer. Their response was that there's nothing they can do about it and that it was actually ok to just dispose of the package. So customers beware! It would seem that at least some Mail Plus employees have absolutely no care or concern for customers or the articles under their care and responsibility to deliver. I sincerely hope whoever paid for this delivery gets their money back - at the very least! The receiving party was called and advised of the situation and that the other company will hold their article until they can collect it.

highest category, I promise it is so worth it for the peace of mind. I can’t tell you the amount of hours I’ve had to chase up orders weeks overdue from delivery from other services. I feel like it’s a massive value add to any sized business for customers. And if that wasn’t good enough they offer real life customer service, not a bot, not someone on emails who may or may not get back to you in two days about an urgent matter. I called someone and they go onto it straight away (ps. The mistake was mine and they still were more than happy to help).
