Best washing machine I've ever had – Our Maytag has serviced us since 2005. Our son, an apprentice chippy, had filthy clothes and our Maytag cleaned everything without exception. Terrible – we bought this machine in good faith as company rep told us it would last 20 years which it obviously didn't. when there was a problem Maytag did not stand by their product large capacity cost a lot of money - had it 4.5 years motor and gear box blew (for no reason - machine always used correctly). Maytag said bad luck it's out of warranty

Terrible – Junk Junk Junk and very very COSTLY JUNK at that.....Save your money and run the other way Maytag isnt Maytag anymore they have cheapened up yet kept their sale prices HIGH !!! as this was what all my family had owned.....Now none of us do...the new Maytags are no-where near the quality that the older one were.....these or a very costly junk machine....Save your money and buy something worth your Dollars cause this isnt the product your looking for unless you wanna pay out more than you already have to purchase it !!!

Terrible – I would never buy a maytag machine ever again, the worst purchase i ever made. I thought maytag was the best it is the WORST machine ever made. It should be put off the market, customers save your money and don't buy a maytag. it doesn't wash the clothes, leaves stains, too much lint, clothes look old after washing them

room nearly every time I use it, have to balance it all the time but keeps on dancing around the laundry, have to have it sitting on blocks of wood to try to keep it in one position to no avail. HORRIBLE machine

Terrible – After following every instruction given by consultants on the sevice line the problem has not been resolved. As advised, I have changed detergent, played with the detergent quantity, load size, sorting style, water temerature, run the macine with dishwashing tablets, had the service man around - nothing works. I washed a single maroon cotton sheet, not once but twice becaust it came out almost white. Finally I took it to the laundrymat and ran it through a dryer. When I put it on the bed I had to wipe it over with a damp cloth in an attempt to remove some of the lint that still remained. This machine eats fabric and dumps the lint back on the "clean" load. My machine is now over a year old and after much communication with the service staff I am still no closer to a resolution - give me my money back. You have not delivered what you advertised. The invention of the automatic washer was meant to reduce labour intensive work not add to it!

The automatic lint filtering system automatically redeposits lint back on to the clothing at an unbeleivable level.
