COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS – Tried calling tge company to get the unit but in the end found out that company is out of business and this product is no longer available. Save your time and search for another product as you can no longer get this unit. I am going for Rinnai one - 20B

Great Unit, economical to run, fantastic after sales service – I can only speak of my personal experience with a family of 5, 3 showers and have had the 600e unit for at least 4 years. Its been trouble free until recently where it has run intermittently. I can only say its almost unheard of to be able to ring a company when you have a problem and the owner not only answers the call but comes out to fix it. I live in WA and cannot fault the unit, but most importantly the after sales support is spot. All credit to George the owner. Buy Local

Good unit but now making a noise after ignition for about 30 seconds – Close neighbours are complaining of a squealing noise the unit is four years old and has only developed this noise in the past few months other than that it works just fine

love Merln hot water -addicted – We have had the Merlin system for nearly three years and it works!
