Good but could be better – I've have my machine for about 3 years and it still runs fine. The only thing I can not figure out is how the washing power gets up on the rim of the drum & into the funnel bit in the left corner above the drum. It always looks grubby. still runs fine even after sitting in the shed for 6 months unused tangles pants and sleeves into knots

Do not waste your money – We bought this because it was on special, and figured you couldn't go wrong with a new machine. It was great until the warranty ran out, and then the problems started. pump and stopping he impeller. This happens at least once a fortnight.

It will not spin the clothes dry, they come out dripping wet and there is no provision to use just the spin cycle.

Sorry I wasted my money on this.

not the best – This machine has no central agitator which makes it good for large items such as bed linen, the washing comes out with sleeves and pant legs twisted bery tightly. no mechanical problems after 18 months twists washing into very tight knots

Horrible machine/ horrible company to deal with, rude and will not replace a broken machine – The machine broke after 7 months. It had 3 seperate issues that needed to be fixed but the third reason they would not fix it because it would cost more than the washing machine to fix but also would not replace. The people who i dealt with were often very rude and not helpful. I put in a complaint after they had miss placed the parts order and assured my complaint would be dealt with but i still have not had a response.

Continually breaks down, unreliable brand – This is a terrible washing machine and brand, within 3 months it broke down and had to be replaced and we have had the new for around month and is not spinning and breaking down again just like the old one, endless repairs done to it and nothing helps. Crap, cheap and nasty over-priced rubbish!
