3 service call outs and 3 year old fridge is completely non functional – As if 7 days in the middle of summer living with a fridge performing sub-optimally (not maintaining its temp) while waiting for a service technician to be available wasn't bad enough... Since a technician has visited (not once but three times) in the last 12 days my magnificent appliance is now completely non functional. It's been over 14hours since my last call to the service centre and I'm still waiting for the call I was promised 'with a plan of attack/solution'.

Unless you like your food stored at a balmy 35 degrees Celsius... the last 20days have been a costly, time wasting and beyond frustrating exercise thanks to a company who pride themselves on the scope, quality and premium design of their appliances
