never do that with any other machine. With up 24 washing programmes available you cover all your laundry needs. Shortest cycle is 30 min, the longest is 72min. You can cut down cycles, reduce spin and adjust temperature on all cycles. The machine is quiet and so compact in design that we were amazed how much could actually fit in there . Some of our other machines were so big and when my husband saw this one he couldn't believe how petite it was. Our laundry looks enormous and looks amazing. The drum is even illuminated so you can see inside and not miss anything. It tell you how full the machine is and how much detergent it needs which most cases has been half a scoop. I am absolutely thrilled and blitz through my loads. We have purchased two of these and and they have superceded my expectations with delight. Super quiet, quick, superb washing and clothes come out wrinkle free. PC interface for future updates, 20 programmes, 4 custom programs (which you program and save) uses so little water and highly energy efficient. Quality build and design. Very expensive - but worth every dollar in outlay.

not pushy. We are so happy with this machine I am trying to wash everything that stands still. I would recommend this model, it is the top of the Miele range but once you compare with other manufactures it is like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Kia! We are so impressed that we are going to purchase the matching condenser drying in the next few months. It has been worth every cent and I would not hesitate to spend the extra again for peace of mind and excellent wash results every time. I wish my Navitronic was not tucked away in our laundry - it looks so good I keep popping in and looking at it! This machine is so quiet I have to check to see if it is still going. The interface is easy to understand and takes you through each wash programme step by step. I am finding that clothes I thought were clean are coming out snow white and smelling fresher than ever before. It is extremely water efficient I keep wondering how it can clean in such little water. Everything from the water levels, temperature and duration of washing time can be adjusted. You can soak in the machine and also do a pre-wash for those really dirty items. The illumintated drum not only looks great but it makes it easier to remove loads and not leave samll items like socks behind. The delay start is a godsend for us working people - can do washing and have it ready to dry when we get home from work. It has an anti-crease function at the end of each wash so if you can't take it out straight away a gentle rotation will ensure that clothes don't remain bunched. Miele were fantastic, they installed the machine for us and as we ordered straight from Miele they were able to tell us if they had them in stock and when delivery would be - we only had to wait a few days. The bellows (the rubber seal around the door) are able to be removed for cleaning - this is a big plus as in our last front loader this is the part which was difficult to clean. This model has every programme you could possible need and you can programme up to 4 favorite programmes which you may use on a regular basis. It has up to 1800rmp which can be adjusted and even on such a high spin this machine is solid as a rock - no movement at all and still quiet! When loading the drum the LED interface will tell you how much washing you can put in ie. filled 25% or load up to 100% and will then tell you how much detergent to use again 40% of a normal scoop up to 100%. Awesome! I could not fault this machine at all. I guess the only con is that Miele don't discount so you can't haggle with retailers - Miele is expensive but the quality and longevity which you get from Miele is worth it's wait in gold.

use, the functionality and the great wash that you get, I am completely satisfied, and I suggest if you can afford it, it is well worth it. I just hope the longevity promised in this product lives up to expectations. Thankyou to those who had provided the great reviews on this product earlier, it really helped me (and my partner) to get this washer. This machine is super quiet, you hardly even know it is on, except when the water goes down the drain. I have only had it for a few months, but so far, I am very impressed. Things come out extremely clean, and without that awful grey fluff stuff, particularly which I use to find on the darks and delicates. I have even washed the dogs blankets - they went in Brown and came out cream (the colour they are supposed to be), unfortunately, a lot of puppy hair was still attached - but at least the dirt was gone! There are so many programmes to choose from which means there is something for almost every item you can think of washing. The delay function is great, enabling you to plan ahead (if you are that organised) especially with some of the longer washes like the hygiene wash which takes almost 2 hours. The great thing about most of the programmes is that they really aren't that long in comparison to some other front loaders and you can put a lot of them on the "short" function which reduces the time again. Of course, most importantly to most girls, is the fact that it looks great and has a little light inside to light up the drum so you don't miss those small items. It is extremely difficult on most programmes to even fill the load to 100%, unless you have a lot of clothes, you will probably find that you can fit a great deal into each wash. The detergent recommendation function is also great, allowing you to reduce your use of detergent, helping the environment and your shopping bill. The motor is meant to be a professional brushless motor (or whatever it is called) which means it is supposed to have extra longevity, this was one of the major factors in the decision to get this machine. I think it may also be why the machine is so quiet. Not much to dislike about this product. One small thing is the persistent beeping once the wash is finished - however, I am sure if I searched through the manual I would be able to turn this function off. But at least it reminds me (continuously for ages) that I need to empty the load.

Excellent – There’s little to complain about with this machine. We are a family of four and the machine would run two or three times a day. I have seen suggestions that the machine does not rinse as well as it could. Although I’ve been on the lookout for this, I have seen no evidence of it.

The machine is good with delicates but correspondingly tough on cottons. I have a program that allows me to soak the cottons for six hours to get the mind boggling stains out of young children’s clothes.

I can’t recommend this machine highly enough. I’m now looking at buying other Miele appliances, this machine is so good. It’s easy to install. The legs are easy to adjust. The controls are easy to use. The programming is no more difficult than a digital radio. You can open the machine after the cycle has started. The quality of the wash is good. The machine is easy on delicate clothing. It’s water efficient and uses little washing powder. The regular application of bleach is a thing of the past. The controlled application of fabric softener is a welcome bonus. It’s not cheap. The machine is nearly 100kg and requires two people to install.

I will be buying from Miele again in the future, no doubt about it. Efficient service, quality product Expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Whisper quiet, and even when spinning at its top speed of 1800 rpm it isn't very noisy. Lovely smooth drum which won't snag clothing or lose small items. Easy to use electronic controls Not too sure about the direction the door opens in - takes a bit of getting used to

honest opinion, I was full of regret for being money tight as the other washer left much to be desired. To cut the long story, had a pretty mediocre experience with my previous machine and in the end decided to replace it. This time, went the full bang! Totally in love with this Miele. Quiet, efficient, made to last, I can go on forever! Get one, you will run out of things to wash, I promise! Everything! It washes incredibly well, cloths are well rinsed and don't look dull like after other water-stingy machines. Previously had a high end model of a well known brand and believe it or not, this Miele is THE BEST I have ever had! Does not hang the cloths! :D But seriously, the machine is on expensive side, however totally worth the big buck as will last forever and the built quality leaves others to bite the dust! This model as well as the rest 3000 series are obsolete, so you can get a "bargain" if you shop around, as I did!

Excellent – I have tested this machine with every possible washing combination and can't find a fault. My husband says the towels have never been cleaner, fluff is no longer a problem. The wash combinations available cover every possible situation. very quiet,excellent spin dry,tissues in pockets no longer a problem The only fault is that it is a front loader so I use a kiddies chair to sit on when loading and unloading
