Great fridge – I've been using this model for 6 months now and am very happy with it. Its not noisy, has good temp adjustment controls, and a good size veggie tray. Its easy to clean. The freezer at the bottom has ample room with a tray at the top. It works well, I like it, and have no complaints. Plus being white is a bonus as I don't like that dingy dark stainless steel look.  Show details

Its ok – We purchased this 290 l fridge and for a while it was going great, we have had problems with the fan, however they are easy to replace. It is quiet and plenty of room for a small family. very easy to clean and maintain.it has good space for drinks and the vegetable compartment is quite sufficient.  Show details

Just Perfect – Maintains good even temperature all the time. It is quiet compared to my other fridge, don't even know it is there. Very easy to clean in all compartments. Is great having the fridge at the top, no more bending down to see what's it the fridge. Freezer section is plenty big enough and love the pull out tray and ice cube section. I really… Read more

didn't ink this was going to be big enough but was pleasantly surprised how much you can fit in.

This fridge is ideal for two people.

Highly recommend.

Good for the bachelor pad – This is a nice somewhat compact fridge for the single person or couple. Aesthetically the stainless steel design gives it a nice look that blends well with the rest of my steel appliances, oven etc. Functionally I enjoy and prefer the bottom mount setup compared to traditional layouts. Comes with its own self contained ice cube rack and tray,… Read more

another single pull out tray and a decently freezer bin. Another shelf or so would have been nice down there admittedly.

Main fridge is more than big enough for the single person, for two it might be getting a bit cramp.

As far as the noise goes, seems to be very hit and miss in comparison to other people's experiences.

While it does drone on a bit here and there during 'cycles', it's hardly anything earsplitting.

It's an OK model for 1~2 people, if the noise is a concern that it makes for a good hobby shop/secondary unit.

Great Ergonomical Design, Dimensions and Excellent Quality – Have had this fridge since February 2015, though it had to be replaced twice due to one of them having a door that was not aligned properly and another damaged by the retailers delivery contractors. Am extremely happy with its quality and its ergonomic design which is perfect as you don't have to bend much and everything is just their were you… Read more

need it. The crisper does keep the vegetables and fruit fresher for longer than any other fridge that have owned in the past. The freezers slide out draw is wonderful and so much easier on your back, doesn't have doors that get in the way and you can pack it up unlike top mount freezers were your meant to have space between the items. The width of the fridge is great if you are renting as it will fit most places you move to. Can't say that have noticed it being any noisier than what have had in the past as some reviews claim, even the units that were replaced were no different, though its very important with any fridge to make sure they are leveled properly with a spirit level as this can effect them noise wise as they can vibrate and won't auto defrost as they were designed to. Bought this fridge based on the ergonomics, dimensions, 5 year warranty and other friends and family members having Mitsubishi electric fridges and loving them. Am very happy overall with the purchase.

Very Noisy – I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this fridge. I had read elsewhere that it was extremely quiet so I thought that would be the one for me particularly as I liked the freezer draw design. The compressor is loud and sends vibrations throughout the house. I have had to put a rug under it to help reduce the vibrations so I can sleep… Read more

as they can be felt and heard even in the bedroom upstairs! If the noise could be fixed it would be a great product.`

Extremely noisy. Significant Drone. Complete waste of money - trying to return it – I see why these fridges are being discontinued. Starts up OK, then the drone kicks in. It sounds like a miniature washing machine on spin cycle. I will never my a Mitsubishi-anything again in my life. Cheap, and on sale, but there is a reason for that (and why, they did not tell me). The store will not pick it up at one day after delivery… Read more

which I paid $90 for (I noticed the drone at the time of delivery, but Noel Leeming said - "no, give it a go, it may calm down over time". So now have to organise my own delivery back to the store (Noel Leeming, Upper Hutt, NZ). They also took away my old 30 year-old F&P fridge! I frantically called through to the delivery company to get that back before they sold it/binned it. Hopefully that is now waiting at Noel Leeming for me to take back once I drop this piece of rubbish off.

Awesome and quiet! – We had some issues with a buzzing noise from our new Samsung fridge and switched to this one instead. Cools great, looks great, frost free and quiet as a mouse! The fridge layout is very customisable and smart as well. I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone. The only downside I would mention is the 2 star energy rating (480kwh per year).

Good ergonomic design, just a couple of issues – I have owned this since April 2014 ~ 6 months at the time of writing this review. If you are like me and use the fridge much more often than the freezer, this design should suit you. The freezer is a slide out single compartment deep drawer. The fridge being above waist height means there is no need to crouch or bend to reach for things. The… Read more

stainless steel design gives it a modern look and suits my kitchen colour scheme. I purchased the item from Harvey Norman, Springvale. The price I paid was a little under $750 after some negotiation and agreeing to a same day purchase. Before purchase I had a fair idea of how much not to pay.

Just a couple of issues to note:

- The fridge comes with grab handles attached to the back and one side. At first due to the handles, the fridge protruded slightly from the platform/gap in my kitchen I intended to place it in, so that the front wheels could not balance on the platform. Having removed these handles, the fridge now stands flush in that space, with it's back right up against the wall. I would suggest taking actual measurements of the appliance, with the handles if the space you to put it is not that deep or wide.

- The fridge is a little noisy, it makes a swirling noise every now and then. The noise sounds like a person moving in bath water and lasts for a few minutes at a time. I knew this before purchasing it having read reviews on other websites.

MR-BF325C-STA ~ NOT Recommended – I purchased a Mitsubishi Electric refrigerator MR-BF325C-STA from Harvey Norman in late May 2014. I had to have it replaced the next day because of excessive noise. Now I shall review the second unit, the replacement. Initally I was very happy with this refrigerator, although after 4 weeks I have had a change of opinion. Four weeks in and every… Read more

time the refrigerator starts operating, it sounds as if a truck is being driven through the kitchen. This is one very noisy refrigerator. Only purchase one if you are deaf, because it is really very loud.

I am now very unsatisfied with this refrigerator and would never recommend this make & model to anyone else.

The slide out freezer draw is definitely a plus point. The refrigerator section has eight air outlets, two on every shelf level and it has good internal lighting. I like the charcoal grey paint colour on the sides and top and the stainless steel finish on the refrigerator door and freezer drawer. Reliable constant temperature control, refrigerator section has eight air outlets, good internal lighting. Extremely noisey compressor and internal fan, Thailand factory quality control is sub-standard.

Sliding freezer draw, the best idea ever – We have just Purchased a Mitsubishi Electric upsidedown fridge. (MR-BF390C)We love how the freezer draw actuly slides out so you dont have to get down on your knees to get anything out of the freezer. We went with the upside down because it is a lot harder for our little kids to go playing in the fridge because they cant reach anything.… Read more

(except for the veggie crisper, they wont eat veggies). All the shelfs are adjustable and are easily removed for cleaning.
