Excellent – Bought this at an affordable price as it was being superseded so it was the cheapest in its class. It ended up being a fantastic buy. Its super quiet and cools very rapidly. It has directional panes so you can direct exactly where in the room you want the airflow to go. Heating is a little slow to warm up but we have a gas heater so we don't use the air con for heating, except when we want heating without the noise that our gas heater makes. Very quiet operation. Good efficient cooling. Has both vertical and horizontal panes. Directional control. Good looking design. Easy to use remote control. Nothing in particular, except probably expensive to run. But that may be a feature of all air conditioners.
