I purchased x2 usb-A to usb-c phone chargers , cost $43.70 , inclusive of delivery. It advertised they were genuine samsung charger cords which was the only reason I purchased them. They were not genuine samsung charger cords. They were crappy and do not charge my phone efficiently. I went to go the samsung store that week and purchased a genuine cord from there. Show details

16-12-2024 After reading your response all I can state is WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!! There were two people all day there on Wednesday. No one knocked on the door or pressed the buzzer. And even if it/she/he had of just knocked the dog would have barked. I will also add that there is more than enough room to park a Prime mover on the driveway. As your contractor wants to deliver in stealth mode; I suggest you get an honest contractor.

According to your individual tracking number, Australia Post attempted to deliver your parcel on Wednesday 11th December. Unfortunately no one was home to accept the delivery and no authorisation was provided by yourself allowing the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place therefore it was taken to CLIFFORD GARDENS POST SHOP awaiting collection.

level of quality. I paid top dollar for a screen protector, and on top I also paid a high price for delivery, of an envelope size feather weight parcel. Delivered 35 minutes’ drive away. And the case that arrived was a cheap hard plastic made in China phone case. I could have gotten for less than $5 and half the price of what I paid for you for delivery.

Auspost returned the product to mobile mate and when I contacted customer service I was told that it is "customer's responsibility to check details" and that I should pay extra for shipping for the product!! Are you joking??? Where is the common courtesy for the customer??? I obviously refused and I was sent my product anyway. I asked the customer service woman to get management to contact me on my mobile number to discuss this and she flat out ignored the request and my email.

Customer service unmatched there.

Disappointed to say the least! I have purchased once before from mobile mate and nil issues but never again.

Poor Instructions – I purchased a iPad case which also had a keyboard with it. Good service. I received it in a couple of days. The only problem was the instructions on how to set the keyboard up for bluetooth connection. The poorly translated from Chinese to English instructions were for a different keyboard. When I approached Mobile Mate about it, they asked for supporting photos and after quality check offered to send the product again free from all charges including shipping. I got the product in the mail intact in a week's time. That was an amazing outcome.
