It was exactly what I was looking for
I knew what I wanted, it was easy to find, the price was good, the product was what it said it was, shipping was quick and they kept me up to date, I would use them again. Not in Australia
Ordered phone chargers. Useless as are not compatible with Aussie sockets. They pretend to be in Australia but they are not. Do not waste your money like I did. Scam. Show detailsProduct was ok but the rest, not happy with
I ordered from the site because it implied it was an Aussie company, which it isn't. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and when I tracked it, I found out it was coming from overseas. Not happy. It didn't say anywhere, that I saw, that it was coming from overseas. When I tried to post my reviews they wouldn't post them and I kept getting posting "errors". The items work fine so, try them at your own risk. Show detailsUseful Products
Olixar Universal Cable Organisers (6pk) and Olixar Self-Adhesive Cable Management Wall Clip Holders (30pk).The cable organisers are very useful for me, as I travel frequently and carry a variety of cables and chargers (for laptop, camera, phones etc) in a lunchbox container. In the past, I used rubber bands to keep the cables neatly rolled up, but these Olixar organisers are a much more elegant way of packing them. There are six in the pack (3 white and 3 black) and seem to be very robust, so should last for years.
The cable management wa... Read morell clip holders are for my pride-and-joy stereo, to keep the power cable and tuner antenna cable neatly attached (and hidden) behind the console table on which the unit sits. They come in two sizes in the pack, and the large ones are perfect for the fat power cable, while the smaller ones are ideal for the thinner antenna cable. The self-adhesive pads are 3M, so should last for many years/decades. Very satisfied with both products, and the cheap international shipping was surprisingly fast.
Refund for cancellation of order
Contacted to cancel order on 24 October 2023 to cancel order when I couldn’t give an Order ID number I also sent a copy of the payment I was told on the 30 October that payment would show up in my account within 72hours. I am still waiting for after 14 days for that refund and also a reponse from the company has been ignoredScammers
I have placed my order for which funds were deducted, received neither the order confirmation nor the product. Repeated emails and complaints falling on deaf ears of customers support. I have shared my transaction history and everything but still no response. Show detailsAvoid like the plague!
Purchased item, took 4 weeks to arrive. Then the product was faulty. Contacted and got a response fairly quickly directing me to their returns site. This however doesn't work or is ignored.
Followed up with emails on the original ticket and keep getting told to simply "Enclose your Mobile Fun Returns Form in your return parcel", but it's impossible to get a returns form.
I did get directed to a prepaid returns service, but it's only valid for UK residents.
After 4 weeks have come to the conclusion this is a scam site sending you faulty products and you spend weeks trying to return and eventually you give up.
Would strongly recommend you save your money, time and energy and avoid like the plague. Show details
bad product, misleading advertising, no support in Australia
it is useless charger! It is not 10 Wats! It takes 10h to charge Galaxy a54 from 20% to 85% and it works only without phone cover. It doesn't work at all with any phone cover! Waste of money and they do not exist in Australia! Show detailsBEWARE: Despite .au SITE ISN"T AUSTRALIAN
Beware, this site doesn't specifically say anything where it is located, but the .au suffix suggests it is Australian. After paying, the european nature of the site becomes more evident through follow up and postage. Lo and behold, the $120 I paid for two plugs came with UK plugs. They are of no use to me and it took almost a month to get them posted out here, despite paying premium rates for "Australia Post". Beware. Show detailsMisleading
A lot of effort has gone into making the customer believe mobile zap is in Oz. After ordering and paying extra for fast shipping it still arrived 2 weeks later and from another country. Not to mention their 3 emails a day trying to sell you more crap. Omg..
NOT IN AUSTRALIA
I did a search for an Australian based business. This business came up with an Australian Web address. It is a actually in Switzerland and only found out when my Australia Post app was updated. DO NOT RECOMMEND Show detailsLong shipping time
The website for Mobile Zap is Australian so you'd be forgiven for thinking your items are being posted from Australia via APO. They aren't. Expect to wait up to a month for your order to be shipped from the UK. Any less than 25 business days waiting and they can't help you. Nor can they track the item. It shouldn't take 4 weeks to receive a screen protector. It should be written large all over the website that it's an international delivery. At checkout it said postage could be 7-15 business days. I thought that was on the long side. Should have looked much closer. Show detailsDon't buy electrical items from them
Although they have a registered Australian business and domain, they ship from the UK so expect your item to be delivered slowly. Also if you buy an electrical item from them it probably won't have an Australian plug. Show detailsSony xperia pro i car charger
Very good and legit seller, the product description is very accurate. My sony xperia pro i phone is very picky when it comes to charger, it won't qork on any charger. Until i found out about their product with a specific description that will charge a sony xperia pro i! It never let me down its legit and now my phone charges using the charger that i bought from them. Thank you so much Show detailsGood Value Option
If you need fast then plenty of other options exist, but they cost more. Same story with tracking. They do offer this I think and maybe insist on it on more expensive items than a phone case cove.
$24 for a neoprene case for my phone that I could not even find elsewhere easily, then delivered within advertised time frames I think is fine.
The might help itself if it were way more upfront about the fact your parcel will have Royal Mail on it.

t for this type of purchase. However, understand agreed time frames and if untracked is something you are comfortable with or not. I just ordered another slightly more expensive item from them and found it reasonable value even with tracking. They are a proper company, no issues with GST or anything like that in my experience. FWIW: Pic is of the Olixar Neoprene phone pouch I ordered from mobile zap. The actual case and A54 phone were bought elsewhere. Pouch probably better with a thinner case or even none at would be fine, but even with rugged protection+ one it works if you don't mind a quick tug taking out. EDIT: My thickish plus+ size well above thin-line case protection now fits reasonably smoothly in and out after I cut out the credit card pockets. They were not on my old one and I never missed them. They were thin non stretch material, just getting in the way of my v personal set up. Testing the phone out of a case things are fine and room for a more usual case.Questions & Answers
I tried contacting you numerous time using the contact form. It kept highlighting an error in the order number though I checked it a number of times. I tried with both the asterisk up front and without. Since you don't have any other forms of contact, questions on the product or other issues can't be asked. Even the number in Sydney I found for the company was no longer connected. Customer service is obviously not a concern with you
Why do use a .com.au domain, and use language on your website that is trying to convince buyers that you're Australian, when you're not? That is grossly misleading.
How to contact them as they do NOT respond to emails?
Perhaps need to go to the ombudsman now?
Same product replaced, just as faulty as the original, now refuse to enter into any correspondence.
To their credit they always responded to my emails, however my query wasn't about a faulty product. I used customer.services@mobilezap.com.au
That's the same email address I used and they do NOT respond at all.

Update: they sent me an incompatible plug for Australian powerpoints. It's listed as an Australian website. I shouldn't have to guess whether I'll get the right product.
