I was really impressed with the customer service I received and the extent to which she went to find out additional information to answer my questions about the product that I purchased. Customer service excellent – I have been extremly happy with the service I've received from Mum's Little Outlet, they couldn't have been nicer about responding to emails and in one case actually replaced a product that I'm pretty sure now we managed to break on our own :-/ Very reliable, excellent communications, very understanding.

As others have said, excellent customer service – I was recently trying to place an order online and was having difficulty adding the item to my cart (turns out it was work computer issues). When I emailed Mum's little outlet to ask about the issue, I quickly got a reply with some suggestions and then a follow-up email. After placing the order delivery was very quick, and there were some lollies in there to say thanks for my order. Very helpful customer service, quick delivery, great product

Also, in my opinion, it is a very poor website with descriptions not accurately reflecting the appropriate age group that the products are suitable or safe for, thus end up purchasing wrong age group products.

Excellent – Fabulous shop & highly recommended.This seller is a mum herself, so knows what's important to other mums wanting the best for their children. Very friendly & helpful seller. Great products.Items are always posted promptly which is important with internet shopping! I'd like to see more natural & organic products.
