Did nothing – Wanted to see if by just taking this I would loose weight without exercising, I didnt. good if you like shakes just for something to do, not if you really want to drop weight

once. So definitely recommend using a blender if you can. It has kept me full for two and a half hours and I am pretty impressed with that. While the packaging could be bigger, I don't really mind since it tastes so very good and has kept me full. Personally I will be using it as breakfast on the run :) Hopefully the producers will start selling it in bulk like the rest of their products since it only comes in a 400g container which has 8 serves in it. So far, so good – Literally have just started this product. I'm injured, therefore cannot do cardio as I would like for a few months, so am doing quite a bit of strength work, but find it is not helping with the weight at all. This keeps me SO full. Strawberry flavored one. It's pretty good. I've had WAAAYYY worse. I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks :) Increased energy levels I'm going to go through it quite quickly because the tub is quite small

Just starting – Just purchased this product. The vanilla was ok with the skim milk. Yes the scoop is ridiculous, so I just changed the scoop to a more usable size. Taste wise is ok definitely feel good using it for breakfast, and when on the run making it for an in-betweener is working well too. easy to drink tub should be bigger

and it kept me full for ages! and i am the type of person who could eat 2-3hourly! i use this product on my "gym" days, 3-4days a week. Fab product. tastes delicious (the choc flavour), price none i can think of, except maybe the tub should be 900g instead of 400g

usualy snack alot during the night i always wake up hungry find myself scaverging through the fridge to find cookies or something sweet, But not this time ive been full since 12 hours ago and i still dont feel hungry. Thought this product would be good to be taken for breakfast with a bannana and for a afternoon snack, And hopefully it will stop me form bindge eating because thats why i do when im bored i just eat and eat and eat well im hoping to see some more reviews to see how the product is working for others hope this has coem to use for some. Been full for 12 hours just started the product havnt got any complaints so far.just the slightest downside to the huge spoon that comes with the product its huge its like 3 tablespoons in one and it sais to use 3 of there spoons which is 9 tablespoons in our size its a bit ridiculous and last night i only had 2 of there spoons leveled of the shake mix into a 200ml glass.

Excellent – I have just started using this product but I am very happy thus far. I can use this as a kick start for my weight loss and hopefully continue to eat less junk food. Donna It keeps you full for quite a while, it tastes great and stops me from my usual snacking on junk between meals The scoop is quite large and you have to use 3 scoops per 200mls of water or 250mls milk. I think they should make a larger size tub.
