OK – Great while it was working but I would expect to get more than 18 months out of a microwave, particularly one from a well known brand like NEC. Good size, easy to operate, looks stylish The unit simply stopped heating after 18 months of use. Everything still appeared to be working but it simply wouldn't heat things up any more. Very handy when it only comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
