Not made to last! – We got 4 years from this unit. I am going to try a different brand next time. The worst thing is I have to buy a new unit (approx $900) and pay for re installation (approx $500) as newer models have different connections. (So I am told) What happened to making things that last! Remote control Didn't last long, wouldn't work on really cold mornings

Good – All round good A/C system for Bedroom or small office. Easy wall mounting on inddor unit. Locking Tabs didn't lock on mounting bracket too well. Sleep mode is a bonus in the bedroom. Very Quiet and works well. Good features. Sleep mode is great. Timer Function is a bonus. Flimsy Plastic on indoor unit.
