Terrible – Would NEVER buy "fuzzy logic" again. Easy to operate, washes OK, easy to clean lint catchers. Tangles up clothing on almost EVERY wash. It has no agitator & I've found my other washing machine with an agitator hardly ever tangled up clothes. This one practically ties them up in knots. We bought after being told it was not as harsh on clothing as a washing machine with an agitator and would not tangle clothing. Never again.
