Good – Purchased it 5 years ago from the business that had been servicing our previous disater (Samsung).I needed a larger machine capable doing a very demanding task resulting from home nursing duties. It is common for me to do 6 loads per day, often involving filthy bed linen.Often nursing pads have been accidentally put in the machine and the filter system has done an excellent job of containing the mess. The transmission was replaced under warranty at about 2 years and has given no further problems.Only other problem has been coins and bobby pins getting caught in the water pump. The serviceman showed me how to access this and clean it out. A bit awkward to get to but not impossible.

In general I feel I have had my money's worth from this machine which is required to do a very demanding job. Does a good job. Generally very reliable and long lasting. Excellent filter system. NEC have been helpful and give good home service. Controls can be tricky for those not familiar with machine. Water temp default would be better on Warn not Cold. Lint filters fail and are expensive to replace.

OK – got one of these about 2 years ago. have since packed it up as my water bills went through the roof. have now got a twin tub and my water bills have reduced by 60percent. washes well, not too noisy uses alot of water, lint bags don't last long
