Brilliant – Never had one problem since I bought machine till few years back the pump hose burst a leak, didn't have any problems in finding new pump hose and lint filters. I got the pump hose and lint filters from the http://spares.bigwarehouse.com.au. I'm having trouble locating the new suspension for it.

Long Lasting – Purchased this machine 2nd hand three years ago and is still going strong. My son is a Chef so greasy clothes and washes well only trouble am trying to find replacement lint filters as the bleach has destroyed them.Other than that it has been a wonderful work horse does at least 1 load every day. washes well multiple settings and silent running Lint filter disintergrated with constant use of bleach and can't find anywhere to get spare parts.

Terrible – Don't recommend NEC makes poor products, even though cheap not worth the money as it will not last you very long. Good for a large family,washes well enough. Plastic tab attached to lid which triggers the auto-sensor is very weak will break over time . Mine has currently snapped, have not replaced as recently the water pump has broken as well. Only used three yrs looks like i have bought a Dud won't be fixing, will get a replacement.

Terrible – Extremely dissatisfied. Machine has had constant problems including lid fixed twice in the first 6 months. Will not buy another NEC product EVER. Recomend advoid buying this product. capacity for a larger family The automatic shut off attached to the lid breaks constantly. Over the space of less than 12 months all the plastic top of the machine cracked and the lid came completely off.Its just turned 3 years old and next week we're moving house but its not coming its going to the DUMP instead.

Excellent – machine is still very new test of time will tell. had a 7.5kg whirlpool for ten years, with very little trouble (still going faults starting now) not bad for a family of seven (three boys). cleans clothes very well. especialy heavy work clothes.(husband is a diesel fitter.)spins very well,is quiet too run. can fit large blankets. nothing so far.
