Poor quality product that costs more in reairs (at 2 - 3 yrs old) than the purchase price – This machine worked until two days after the 2 year warrantly expired. I then had to start buying replacement parts and paying for independent technicians to diagnose, order and install these replacement parts which, in the space of less than 12 months from the timeof warrantly expiry, totalled more than the original purchase cost of the machine!

I even called NEC to ask about extending the warranty, seeing as it was so close to the expiry date, and their head office refused.

Not recommended - buying this produt was a terrible mistake, and I'll never buy another NEC apppliance now.
