Great at steaming but a maintenance nightmare – I love the way my Neff Steamer Oven cooks. I use it every day - sometimes more than once. However over the years it has become a maintenance nightmare and I think people need to be aware of what can happen. My stainless steel rack on the inside of the oven rusts at the joints after a couple of months use. While the steamer was under warranty that was no big issue - they sent me a new one each year. Now it is out of warranty and I have to pay. The rack is good quality stainless steel, but where it is welded together rusts. The company that provides the spare part isn't interested in finding a solution to the problem (ie contacting the manufacturer and letting them know of the issue) all they are interested in is sending a new one - nice only until the warranty runs out.

Then the stainless steel door plate came off in my hand. Unbelievably it is held onto the door with double sided tape!! Beware members of the public - this is a slap-dash product masquerading as a premium product!

They want to supply me with a total new door simply because the tape came apart - how environmentally sound is that? However they can't tell me what tape product to use to repair the door. We are left to try and sort it out ourselves. There is a company that sells the product and a company that provides spare parts and warranty - their solution is to simply blame each other. Cooks great food Poor quality for the price you pay, poor back up service

Excellent – Best oven I have ever owned. Fast energy efficient. Maintains Nutrients and makes the food look better on the plate . Go for it people. Value for money. Easy to clean. All of above reliable, fast and so easy to use.
