Rusted in 2 years! Seriously poor quality – Bought Neff by believing the sales people & it apparently being a high end appliance. Rust in many places, typically at the edges of the enamel. My mum's old oven never rusted in decades & it was not up there as so called "German quality". Can't be that hard to make a reliable oven. Problem is that when it get's replaced I now have one new model (as my existing one is discontinued) which looks quite different to the other 2 Neff ovens.
Brand new house, brand new kitchen & facing an odd looking set of ovens due to Neff poor quality.
Sorry Neff, poor quality & I will not buy again.

Good – This is the BEST oven I have ever owned - I'm glad I invested the money. It was always tricky to get the kids to eat thier veges but not anymore - the veges are fresh, crisp and taste so good, they actually ask for more. I've only had it for a month and find it is really easy to use, just like a regular oven but better. Imagine what a Master Chef I'll be once I know all the functions it is capable of. Cooks everything and anything including cakes, pastry, meringues, bread, eggs, roast pork (& crispy crackling). The best veges ever. I love the various cooking programs - set and forget. Easy to clean with the aquacleanse function. Have to wipe out after every use, Steam can be intense when opening the door (but gives a great facial!!) , some crevices at the back are hard to clean.
