Wish this worked it actually is a nice tea but – Great product but there is a big 'but'. The strings for the tags to the tea bags come off about two thirds of the time and the tea bags break open with annoying frequency. Might Nerada be persuaded to put workability above profit.

Wont buy again – The vanilla smell and taste is so over powering it's almost sickly. Can't even taste the roobios. Can't drink it will give it to someone. Show details

Is Rooibos with Vanilla, now produced weaker per teabag? – I loved this tea until the last box I bought, which seemed to have lost half of its flavour! (or more!?) Help?! Could I have a problem 'batch', or have they done a cost cutting exercise and made it half strength or less? Would love to have other opinions on this, as up until then it was my fav tea. Also, would like to know if the vanilla is synthetic?

From a staunch coffee addict! I'm becoming a convert : ) – Ok, so I love strong espresso (the stuff that'll put hairs on your chest!). On a normal work day, I can consume up to 4-5 a day. After a bit of a health scare, I was told to reduce my caffeine intake- I hate the taste of most herbal teas & can't stand paying painfully high prices for exotic fruit teas. This tea is inexpensive, comes in a box of… Read more

50 with a surprisingly pleasant hint of vanilla. I add no sugar and enjoy drinking it hot or cold. I absolutely love it & have cut my coffee down to one a day! I've tried other rooibos teas but they don't come close to this one.

I honestly feel better drinking it, especially when I'm at work..it's nice to break the shackles of caffeine addiction : ) Inexpensive, tasty, great with or without milk Gets frustrating as not a lot of supermarkets stock it. If you do like it, I suggest you buy a few boxes in bulk.

My favourite tea – Delightful refreshing taste of this tea is an absolute winner. I agree with most comments made here. I try to drink no caffeine after 4pm and I love this tea in the evening and before bed. It tastes like "real" tea, only better, in some ways. It's great with milk and the vanilla aroma is so relaxing. Love it! Aroma, convenience, Australian… Read more

company Hard to find! Was stocked by larger supermarkets but no longer to be found in most of them. I buy 3 packets at a time if I ever find them.

Reluctant purchaser becomes rooibos convert – Was a reluctant sampler of rooibos after being diagnosed with a salicylate sensitivity and being forced to drop/reduce high salicylate products (such as tea and coffee). Hit the internet wondering how I was going to manage withdrawal from my serious black tea "addiction" and came up with very little. Have tried all the infused and herbal things in… Read more

the past and was always left pretty cold. As with other reviewers here I was expecting a similar limp result with the rooibos but got it anyway on the off chance. But after the first sip I knew I had found a worthy substitute for my beloved black tea. Love it.

Has serious body (almost tannic like a good black tea but very smooth like a high end one), produces a wonderfully deep red liquer on drawing. The vanilla notes are subtle and well balanced with the solid tea-like quality of the rooibos. Drinking this tea is right up there with a favourite single-plantation assam I used to buy for $16 for a 100gm packet. At $4 for 50 tea bags it is comparable with mass produced tea bags like Twinings and a bargain.

Great taste, decent price

No Lover of Herbal Teas – I have always loved my tea, especially Nerada black with a dash of milk. Came across Rooisbos in the local supermarket and thought I would give it a go expecting another packet of tea to gather mould in the pantry. To my surprise I rarely drink black tea anymore and look forward to my Rooisbos first up in the morning.. It is a delightful… Read more

flavour, aroma and the feeling of drinking something healthy tops it all. The flavour is almost raspberry which I enjoy tremendously. Thank you Nerada, this tea is a winner. taste, aroma, flavour

Deliciously fragrant before you even take a sip! – I came across this tea by default. So happy I did. It is a corker. Terrific fragrance as soon as you take out a teabag, and a strong, calming, comforting flavour that follows the fragrance. You know those teas that smell wonderful but leave you wanting in the flavour department, like their taste can't quite keep up with their fragrance? Well this tea is not one of those. It's flavour keeps up with its aroma. I'm sold!

Love it! – Beautiful fragrance and flavour. Refreshing. Not over powering, nice hot or tepid. I have it on it's own, but it's nice with a little milk too if that's what you prefer. Caffeine free so healthier than regular tea in that respect. Organic means no unexpected nasties :) Flavour, fragrance, organic and good Price.

Excellent – This tea is delicious! I add milk and a small amount of honey and it's just the most gorgous flavour. The aroma of the tea bag is beautiful too. I am not a 'normal' tea drinker or a coffee drinker so this is a great alternative for me. It's organic too, which is great!
