Wrong item ordered – I ordered the wrong scanner. Still in the box, you still wouldn't exchange it for a more expensive model. So I'm not happy about throwing my money away especially when the item I ordered was recommended by kounta MYOB and your website, but it was not the Bluetooth one at all. itself or the next day. That didn't happen. I also offered to pay a bit more to use a faster courier for interstate deliveries. That also didn't happen but I was stuck with "free shipping" via Toll. Toll was terrible. They took about 3 days to deliver it. And they didn't even do that properly. On the day they were scheduled to deliver, the driver just decided that my address was too far and he took the parcel back. I had to drive to their depot just to pick it up. This was after an hour of haggling and blasting somebody on the phone for their lackluster service. [name removed] himself didn't offer me any discounts or shipping notifications until I sent him about 3-4 e-mails asking him to follow up.

In addition to that, a couple of weeks later, a friend of mine also wanted the same laptop and I assumed what had happened to me was a once-off so I recommended NetNest. Seven business days later after making a payment, my friend hasn't received her laptop. In addition to that, there is no flexibility to changes addresses since the couriers don't even bother TRYING to deliver your parcel.

All in all, it's a very negative experience with NetNest. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. They were the only ones with a certain laptop in stock. EXTREMELY slow shipping. Customer service is poor.

However, I have got an email confirming order pick up from the warehouse early morning in next day, and I could have taken my order from the warehouse very smoothly.
