Extremely misleading packaging – No active ingredients. Very tiny writing saying it's herbal. When you're sick and not thinking straight it's easy to mistake this for the drugs you need. Very sad to see them preying on people in that state. Show details

Misleading description – Clever marketing, however misleading product. Need to clearly disclose on the front that this is a herbal product and Woolworths should not place these next to the conventional non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Show details

Simply did nothing for me – When I read the ingredients (in ridiculously fine print) I found out what it was. I feel I was conned. Packaging should state clearly that it is a herbal concoction.  Show details

Didn’t work for me unfortunately – I used a chemist brand cold and flu which worked well and bought Nyal cough, cold and flu when I ran out of the real stuff. Unfortunately these don’t work. I realised after purchasing that it’s herbal ingredients, no paracetamol etc. Would not buy Nyal again. Show details

Placebo – I bought these from Woolworths, assuming that they would have the usual ingredients such as paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride. When the tablets didn't do anything I looked at the box only to find that there wasn't any proven cold relief chemicals listed, only herbs. I think that the only use for these tablets would be the placebo effect. I wasted my money. Show details

You can depend on Nyal also no chemicals in this – No difficulty in sleeping all night with Nyal Cough Cold and Flu tablets. I can breathe better, I have tried other natural medicine ,this one is the best one to date. Not so confident on the flu systems that Nyal states. Show details ·  1

Useless. Relieved nothing at all – Took as directed over two days, didn’t do a thing. Read ingredients and found all herbal. Very disappointed. Definitely don’t recommend. Took 2 panadols and relief came in 20 mins. Show details

Disappointing and Misleading Product – Extremely misleading. Packaging on the front says that it treats the symptoms of colds and flu, but ignoring the fine details on the rear you have no idea that it's little more than a herbal supplement which has no medically proven benefits to treating symptoms of cold or flu. it cost me $14 or so that I could have more wisely spent on paracetamol or ibuprofen. An expensive learning experience.

THIS IS HERBAL VITAMIN - NOT A DRUG – Had a fever and coughing from Monday. My wife bought this item at night. Followed the instructions but after 3 days I wasnt any better, suffering continuous fever, headaches and very rough coughing. Read the ingredients and to my surprise there wasnt a mg of an actual drug. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE SICK. You`d be better to take $1 paracetamol

Didn't help me – Took these for two and a half days, continued to feel miserable. Didn't realise until then that it was a herbal product, and doesn't have any paracetamol. Didnt get worse, but symptoms didn't ease. Disappointed packaging wasn't clearer, and tablets were quite big.
