Excellent – This is a DSLR that certainly gives the best bang for the bucks! With the Zuiko ZD 25mm f2.8 pancake lens mounted, you can actually carry it in your coat pocket; it is that compact. The Zuiko lenses are impeccable in quality, especially the high grades which are also a bargain at its price. Superb built quality. My wife dropped mine from the top of the cupboard, breaking the lens hood but the camera continued to perform flawlessly. There are tons of features that I am still exploring after 6 months; have yet to use the Art Filters! The inbuilt lens stabilisation means that all lenses mounted are image stabilised, even the manual lenses from all manufacturers (able to use practically all manual legacy lenses even from other manufacturers, except Canon lenses, with adapters). I also find the Live View very useful especially for children photography, especially combined with the swiveling LCD screen. The AF seems a little slow when it is dark. There is a tendency for it to hunt when lighting is not good. It seems to be better with Live View on contrast detect AF compare to the Phase Detect AF in suboptimal lighting conditions. The in built flash doubles as AF strobe, and this is terrible so in most cases, I disable it.
