Watch out Waterproof feature will break your camera – I bought this camera based on waterproof feature. Finally when I got to use the waterproof feature my camera stopped working. I sent it for repairs who advised me that you need to change parts for this waterproof camera every year otherwise it will break your machine which was the case. I asked how would i know that, read your manual!! So not highlighted on the box but somewhere in the manual....How deceptive.

OK – Loved the camera for a long time - got heaps of fantastic photos and was so easy to use! Took it in water all the time - snorkelling, swimming etc. Only thing that highly disappointed me was my camera filled with water just after the warranty was up, so could not be fixed - was going to cost me 3 or 4 hundred dollars! Was not evne in deep water. Same thing happened to both my boyfriends camera, and my mums - all just after warranties were up. Heavy duty, easy to use, good photos camera 'drowned' in shallow water just after warranty was up...

Excellent – I bought the camera for my wife's birthday and she uses it all the time. For work I have shown her how to set the picture size to small for easy emailing and for personal pictures we increase the picture size for quality printing. We use it also while waterskiing and recently she tucked it into her wetsuit to take photos from behind the boat. Piks turned out great. It has a wonderfull feature that when you turn the function dial to SCN you can select one of twenty or so preset functions such as night portrait or night scene, underwater, snow etc. This is extreemly usefull for my wife as she can then select and shoot. One function that I like to use is the rapid fire as quite often you don't get the shot you were after due to timing so this way you take a heap of pictures one after the other and delete the ones you don't want afterward. This function though does not work on full resolution and is quite slow at night as the flash will take time to recharge. Other than that it is very functional and for those of you that like to fiddle there are plenty of manual functions you can play with eg, apperture, white balance, focus, depth of field etc. Overall a great camera, good size display, good battery life and with the movie function you have that option also. The price is also very reasonable considering it is waterproof. The next model up is waterproof to 10 meters for those who want to go deeper. Waterproof to 3 meters, Shockproof and my wife loves the colour, easy to use Nothing yet

Excellent – I have had this camera for a few days and so far I love it. Lovely design and great features and takes some good shots. I have been in the pool with it all alot and just love this feature, it even takes underwater video, so much fun! It looks great, small, big LCD screen and it's waterproof function. Nothing........yet.

Excellent – You can take it any where you want without caring about it. Its small and I love the vibrent colours. I love taking it underwater. Thats it is waterproof. The colour. I wish it was perpule. I dont realy know.
