Olympus VG-130

Terrible. Avoid buying – Bought at Singapore airport; not a product stocked in Australia. After four months use, took some more pictures, put it in my pocket, drove home and tried to download but camera would not respond and showed only a digital line across the screen. Stopped working after four months. Apparently the internal screen is cracked (?) according to Olympus Customer service in Aus. even though I have not dropped it, mishandled it, put undue pressure on it etc apparently this fault is not covered in the guarantee!!!

However I was informed I could pay to have it fixed!! What a waste of several hundred dollars...pointless paying to have it fixed as it is not fit for purpose. So it's in the bin and will avoid Olympus and go back to Canon... The colour... lovely red Stopped working after four months and Olympus will not cover under warranty.
