Have asked a Question about the main support bracket and have not got an answer or acknowledgement – When it was going it was really good but when the bracket broke it obviously did not work that well so am looking to find a replacement bracket. When it was going it was really efective although the remote did not always work the best

Question for aa-ee – Did you get a reply from Omega relating to the wiring diagram. I am in the same boat. Need to work out the switching arrangement for the Brown and grey wires but would also like to convert to wall controller.

Not recommended – I bought 3 of these fans from fansonline.com.au only about 8 months ago.. The website is very good. The fans unfortunately are not. I had them installed by an electrician so as not to void the warranty. The remote does not work that well. Has to often be pointed right at the sensor to work. And if the fan blade is in the way it won't work. Previous remote fans I had were able to be turned on and off by the main wall switch if the fans had been left in the on position, where as these have to first have the wall switch turned on then push the remote button each time and cannot be turned on by just flicking the wall switch. A bit tedious.

Two of the fans have just started making a lot of noise. One sounds like a jet engine while the other makes a clicking noise while it spins. They have just been inspected under warranty and the technician said they are going to be replaced. Just waiting for that to happen.

These fans have a 7 yr motor warranty. Think they will need it. Modern looking, can take normal light bulbs. Noisy, remote not that responsive and a bit ugly, not reliable

Omega Seattle, International - Great quite Fan – Fan was easy to install. I have installed 7 in my house. Lasted 5 years so far and still going strong. Remote ... Expensive to replace (approx. $100) and 6 are defunct. Even 2 that I claimed on warranty Company (OmegaAppliances) has not answered my Emails as yet on how to replace with a wall controller, as I am just after a wiring diagram and I will do this myself. Good quiet fan, looks good Remotes are not reliable and expensive to replace.
