Complete And Utter Waste Of Money – This product is the worse cooktop I have ever bought. It worked fine for 6 months then decided to work intermittently, it's now not working altogether. We also are battling to have the item replaced. We have been told that it could be the touch panel but they would need to look at it for $75 this is unacceptable. This is a cheap and nasty piece of rubbish never buy an Omega!!

Nothing but trouble - terrible – This cooktop only worked properly for about 6 months, since then we have had nothing but the run around. The cooktop has not worked at all since mid May and I am still waiting (unable to cook at all) for the service agent to sort out the problem. Service agent told me that the rubber under the touch panel melts (a manufacturing fault) and has to replace the panel, I have now been told that the panel is no longer available so they are trying to find a replacement cooktop meanwhile I still cannot cook. Worst product I have ever bought.

Has only ever worked intermittently since I bought it, 4 months ago. Avoid at all costs – Terrible terrible product. Service repair terrible. Has only ever worked intermittently since purchase. Currently battling to have the item replaced, rather than waiting for weeks on end for the repairer to 'be in the suburb'. Didn't even come with a product manual. Would never purchase another Omega product again, and recommend that you don't either.
