Smash the glass to change the light bulb – Poor design - unable to get the glass cover off to change the light. Glass is jammed on and whole housing of fan turns. Had 2 people try - one to hold housing still while other turned glass to no avail. Common problem throughout my building as we all have the same fans. One lady has 2 lights out. A man smashed the glass in his to get to bulb. Talked to manufacturer and they weren't aware of the problem and don't stock glass replacements!
