Omega OF5060WA / OF5460WA / OF6060WA

Do not buy – We've had our OF5460WA for just over 2 years and surprise, surprise... it has stopped cooking 3 months outside of warranty. The main large hot plate will now not get hot enough to boil a pot of water. We had the same issue with the print on the knobs, however we had them replaced 3 times by Joyce Mayne. To bake anything in the oven required full temp or it will not cook. I called Omega and spoke to the most useless, arrogant staff member which helped turn me off ever buying anything with the name Omega on it again. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.

Print wears off knobs, will not get hot, after sales service non-existant

This product has been a desaster from the time we bourght it – All the knobs lost their print so we couldn't work out which function was being controlled or at what temp. The light on the front of the oven fell into the casing, now the oven dosn't work and the product is 4 months old. I would advise anyone to find another product because the service staff will not repaire anything as they say the marking on the knobs are not a warrenty issue.... Far too expensive for such [censored word removed]!
