Waste of money – I am so disappointed in this oven. I bought it about 3 years ago when we renovated our kitchen. Our last oven was about 20 years old and worked much better than this one. In the first month the clock died. One of the elements only half works. Now the element on the fan oven doesn't work. If I could afford to I would get rid of it. It's the worst appliance I have ever bought!!
Bad – Pretty unimpressed. Sure it is above and beyond better than the old clanker we had before but for $1600 I expected better. If the oven didn't heat up so superbly fast and cook quite well I would probably replace it. The ceramic top heats up really well (except for the two elements that have died) but it marks very easily, even when cleaned straight after use. It was the only stainless steel cooker which was freestanding that fitted my kitchen. I really wanted another brand with a better rating but it was 15 mm too tall, also wanted gas but was unable to get that fitted in my kitchen in time for the reno. The position of the trays are awkward as they are moulded into the sides of the oven (no metal racks on the side to slide your trays into). The grill tray scratched the crap out of the sides of the oven and had to be replaced with something that isn't really a grill tray, they just gave me a biscuit tray with a metal rack sitting on it (so it is too shallow to catch a lot of juice or fat runoff). The oven is only 6 months old and two elements have suddenly stopped working yesterday.
