Excellent – This cooktop is easy to regulate and turn down the gas provided the correct installation procedures are carried out. I had the same problem that I couldn't turn the gas down far enough so my husband contacted Omega and they were able to provide him with the information to fix this problem. I can now turn it down for the perfect simmer. Nice, large easy to regulate cooktop nothing so far
