Buy another brand – Installed by Harvey Norman as part of a full kitchen package. Lasted 3 years and one day. Stop heating even when the rest of it still operational. Previous negative issues by other customers are correct No accessible service. Other service people will not touch it. next buy will be something best represented in Australia. Nothing else to add.

Worst buy ever – Dont purchase from this company they ripp people off with high prices and badly made procducts customer service is just a looping answer machine that never picks up

Terrible – Keep the receipt ... if there's something wrong with it customer support is not helpful without it. I would certainly choose another brand. I was very excited about receiving a gift of a shiny new microwave. Looked great. This microwave was dead on arrival ... turn the power on and the microwave is on, but thankfully not heating - only way to stop it is to turn the power off. Called customer support and was told that because I did not have a receipt I would have to pay to have it looked at ($80 for the first half hour), then all additional parts and labour would be an additional cost. The customer support person was quite rude.

Good – It's a shame about it's cooking speed, but in everything else it is excellent. It is good value for the money. Nice design. Simple and easy to use and clean. Contrary to the specifications listed it has no clock, only a digital timer.For a 900 watt microwave oven it is relatively slow.I replaced a 750 watt unit with this 900 watt Omega and it takes a minute longer to boil a cup of water.

Excellent – I was amazed at how well this little microwave cooked pies and pasties, the grill crisped everything to near perfection. I was surprised especially when I only paid $270 for it. It cooks well and is easy to clean as well. The two year warranty by OMEGA is great but hopefully i shouldn't need to worry about the unit. It doesn't look like it uses lots of electronics so touch wood it'll last me a lot longer. I am ready to get the trim kit for the unit when I will build the unit into my wall. Easy to use, grill function is brilliant, microwave works well. Design is nice too.
