Excellent! Well built, reliable and economical – Fantastic machine! 15 years and still running strong. Very reliable, quiet and water efficient. Cycles take longer than top loaders but the machine is far gentler on clothes and uses significantly less water.

Terrible – This is my first experience with a front loader and have only had grief. Our Omega dryer is great, how can they get the washing machine so wrong? I would not recommend too anyone. Nothing at all Noisy spinning cycle sounds like a jet engine. Moves around. Vibrated the foundations of our house. We have cracks in the plaster. Had to get a replacement machine after one year. The next machine has only lasted under 3 years but still had 2 call outs in that time. The bearing has gone and not prepared to pay $500.00. Repair can take too long, up to 3 weeks without a machine one time. Sent emails to Omega complaining about the standard of washing machine never received a reply. It capacity is too small cannot fit a doona. Useless really.
