Stay Away for ones sanity – I not reccomend it to anyone - less than 1 Star* Yes definitly rubbish and dissapointing, I have one (the combo washer dryer- WD9500),it has been out of action for 6 weeks now. Problems within warranty - when in orignal manufacturers warranty period #water filling Solenoids were replaced #main board was replaced. Ran o.k for 2 years after first repair

Now currently out of action 6th March 2012 to ??

#Heater element stuffed up and replaced - did not work still.

#Main push to start cycle button switch burnt out and replaced

#Main board faulty - replaced, still no good

#water level Filling solenoid is faulty and currently awaiting spares.

Wife has to wash clothes at a laundromat and sisters place, using a 15 y/o fisher and paykell, (of which I will strongly consider), or go large with a Mielen or Asko, after this THING comes out of warranty in another year. To repair this thing, it has been out of action for 3 months in 4 years.

In any case the dryer part has not worked properly, since new clothes smell burnt after a dry cycle, doesnt matter what setting you select

Never again Washer Dryer in one front loader supposed to be more efficient in water usage electricity Everything that can go wrong broken down 7 times

Unreliable – The machine has broken down on a number of occasions and I would not recommend one to anybody. In fact the first one installed in our house did not even work and had to be replaced after 1 day. Bad Warranty service, expensive, unreliable
