I have used them again and again – I don't use anyone else anymore. They consistently come up with the cheapest prices, are very easy to use and I've never had a problem. Once I've booked, I then deal directly with the hire car company, so customer service is not an issue (what would you need it for?) consistently gives the cheapest options, very user friendly

Um, it's kind of rubbish :( – They do a price comparison for car rental companies (Hertz, Avis, Europcar etc), but then they offer no customer service. They have no phone number and I couldn't even find an email! quickl to cmpare prices but it takes a long time to enter your details at the start of the process Zero customer service
