is no guarantee of any sorts so they are going in the bin.I would not give them away to anyone in case they have a reaction like mine.The saltiness is indescribable.I will be going back to my usual meal replacement shake.

Great shake...but I dont use water, I use almond milk and this transforms the whole experience and taste to perfection – Honeycomb. My fav. Use almond milk! Terrible taste – I bought the variety pack of optislim drink. Not very thick. Didn't make me feel full. Bought chicken soup and pumpkin soup. Not palatable at all. Can't even explain the taste. I will continue with the shakes not to waste them as I bought enough for 3weeks. Very disappointed.  Show details

Too sweet – I don’t have a lot of weight to lose but I thought I’d kickstart with optislim to get used to smaller amount of food. I tried the tomato soup, managed 2 sips, absolutely disgusting. I actually thought it was rancid the taste was so weird. I also have a chicken soup but I’m too scared to try it the tomato was so bad. Anyway, Optislim taste is not for me.

worst soup I've ever tasted – I bought the optislim pumpkin soup it was horrible. It says to make a paste first then add the rest of the hot water, it still came out all lumpy and tasted horrid.

worth it – got a shaker cup, 2 royal choc, 2 caffe latte , and lots of other flavours n creamy chicken soup and tomatoe soup all tasty and nutritionally complete and the book with it was very helpful it has alot of information that other booklets dont have very happy i bought it .. its better than the vlcd cheap price tastey the booklet is good nothing but cheescake flavour can be improved
