Excellent – I was a bit reluctant to buy at first as I do not know anyone else with this monitor, but I recognised the brand. They make other good scientific equipment like weather stations so I thought it would be reliable. It is a great compact unit that is a monitor, walkie-talkie, plays music/white noise and a room thermometer. You have a lot of… Read more

control over what the monitor does - you set the volume of the music/noise, volume of the monitor, sensitivity levels, length of time music plays, temperature parameters which will set off an alarm etc. I think it is an excellent unit and wouldn't buy anything else. Plays white noise, running water or Brahm's lullaby (with adjustable volumes). You can set the length of time that you want the noise to play. No static or interference and is sensitive. It shows the temperature, humidity and time, and a cute baby face that either frowns or smiles depending on the room conditions. You can adjust the unit so that an alarm will sound when it gets to a certain temperature. I like it that you can talk to the baby's monitor and I read that you can even buy a third unit to use as a three-way monitor. It is a bit complicated to use at first and you definately need to read the manual.

OK – I am looking to replace it. I am due to have another baby soon and will need a second unit and it will not be an Oregon. I find the negatives outweigh the positives as far as my use is concerned. I like the fact that you can see the temperature, use it as a 2 way, easy to read display. Sound is generally very clear and it's quite sensitive. I find… Read more

the buttons to be inconvenient. Forever accidentally turning the volume down which is not good for my husband who is partly deaf. The battery power on the parent unit is nothing short of pathetic and doesn't even last me a day.

Excellent – this is the best monitor I have owned. The others either had LOTS of static or couldn't be taken very far from the base/baby unit before the signal was lost. Other than the buttons being accidentally pressed, I LOVE this monitor. Frequently use the parent handset without mains power (rechargable batteries in parent unit). Love being able to… Read more

hear my baby whether I go outside or to a part of the house where I can't hear the baby without the monitor. Great sound quality,

300meter working range and

no annoying static.

Both baby unit and parent unit can be used on either mains power or batteries. Parent unit comes with a rechargable battery which charges when plugged back into mains. Need to install your own AAA batteries into the baby unit. buttons are in a position that means they are often pressed by accident. Not usually a problem though.

Wish the baby unit had a rechargable battery like the parent unit.

OK – For this kind of high-end material (more than 120€) , I find that the quality is too poor. This material is not enough stable for baby monitoring Size, all features buttons on both side - after 5 weeks completely dead => back to supplier under warranty - after 1 year lcd dead (impossible to read something)

Good – I was a little disappointed with the monitor (although I did have very high expecations!). The volume is very quiet so you really need to carry this monitor around with you all the time, especially if you have the tv or radio on. I used to leave my older monitor in a central room and I could generally hear it from most areas of the house, but I… Read more

struggle to hear the Oregon over normal dinner table conversation. Would definately not recommend for anyone with bad hearing.

If you have it on the highest sensitivity setting you can hear some static (although no where near as much as other monitors). If you have it on the next setting down, it only seems to transmit once the baby really starts calling out - it doesn't pick up any talking or grizzling.

Finally, it would be great if you could lock the buttons, or they were positioned on the front of the monitor rather than the side, so that you don't press them by mistake. Great compact size. No static noise or humming on most settings. Multi-way talk function will save me a few trips up and down stairs when my baby is older. The volume is extremely quiet on even the highest setting. Also, the buttons are on the side of the monitor so you are constantly turning on the 'talk' or 'lullaby' function when you pick up the parent monitor.

Good – O'Baby multi-way is a great baby monitor. Looking back though, I probably didn't need the advanced functions such as the multi-way capacity or the white noise\lullaby function. But overall it's a good quality and very reliable baby monitor. Reliable baby monitor. Works clearly without any interference issues. Menus a bit user unfriendly to navigate to do things such as setting temperature alarms.
