Ordered on April 9th, havent received my order and they're ignoring emails

Fantastic customer service – They are very customer oriented and answered all of my questions. Wonderful variety of products and they have great prices too!

Almost always great service and prompt delivery – I have been using Ozpetshop for at least 7 years, mainly because you can't beat their price on worming treatments

Order never processed – I paid for an item two weeks ago and it still has not been processed and there has been no response

Always quick and excellent service – I have been buying products from Oz Pet Shop for many years and find their service excellent and quick, and their products competitively priced. On one occasion a dog collar was missing from the parcel. I emailed them to let them know, they replied promptly, and the collar arrived in the post within a week. I have no complaints with this company, only praise.

Appalling, nonexistent customer service; utterly despicable behaviour; a truly deplorable outfit! :( – The trouble began with Aus. Post ttempting delivery to an incorrect address. Having no card (and thus being unable to collect the package), I instructed it be returned to OzPetShop, assuming I could arrange reshipment.

A forlorn hope!

All further attempts a communication with these manifest rogues has been a study in monumental futility. Phonecalls go unanswered; e-mails are ignored; all and any attempts at contact meet with deafening, absolute silence.

Presumably the criminally incompetent custodians of this organization of in-born imbeciles assume burying their pathetic, empty heads in a veritable Sahara of sand will prevent any consequences from their appalling lack of customer service, decency and basic, common courtesy.

Needless to say, I shall be submitting a claim to PayPal, and investigating what further action may be taken.

Do _not_ deal with these congenital halfwits; there are innumerable other organisations infinitely more deserving of patronage.

No returns – Initially responded to my email query, the product I received was a different size to what was advertised. When I asked to return for a refund they began ignoring my emails.I would not recommend purchasing anything that may need to be returned. Not reliable, very poor custumer service oz pet shop!

Possible "second-hand" product received – I recently ordered a medium sized coat for my puppy. While I was pleased with the swiftness of delivery (received within 2 days), I opened the package to find a noticeable number of hair and/or fur attached to the coat. Seeing as it was mostly inside of the coat, it is obvious that this had been worn previously for what ever reason.

Poor customer service – Unfortunately my package was lost in the mail which happens...however the issue came when I tried to get a response and refund from ozpetshop. It took two months to receive my money back and that was after spending many hours trying to get into contact with staff. Cannot comment on quality of products as none were ever received. Non Existant Customer Service – Bought quite a lot of stuff for a new puppy, it arrived without delay however the packagjng was quetionable. After receiving my order I had a couple of issues, one faulty product and a dog bed I needed to exchange for a smaller size.
